I'm neutral on the malt thing--not crazy about it but don't mind it too much. With the cocoa these weren't too bad but I don't know if I will bother making them again. Oh well, always next week -- lots of chocolate, no malt at all!

I almost forgot the cocoa too! But the cocoa I used was extra dark and my cookies came out black! Maybe I should have done what you did and left it out! <BR/>More cookies next week!
